Features
DZL series coal-fired horizontal three-pass water+fire tube chain grate boiler is a packaged boiler. The boiler body is single-drum longitudinal arrangement. The threaded tube is inside the drum forms convection heating surface. The drum and both sides water-cooling wall form to radiation heating surface. The combustion equipment uses light chain grate.
- Advanced Structure: DZL boiler adopting threaded fire tubes, single water drum, horizontal shell type boiler with 3 fire-passes structure, water-tube fire-tube mix design. The combustion traveling chain grate can feed the fuels automatically, with different rolling speed can adapt different fuels’ burning speed. Also, the small flakes chain grate can reduce fuel leakage, and also let the broken chain grate flakes is convenience of replace.
- High Quality Control: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting steel strength test, automatic steel cutting/ plate rolling/ welding, 100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan ultrasonography Ultrasound check, fluorescent penetrating check, hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency test,etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
- Low Fuel Cost: DZL boiler can fire coal, rice husk, nut shell, sawdust, waste wood pieces. Comparing with expensive oil gas fuel, it will markedly reduce user’s fuel consumption cost, increase company’s benefits.
