Boiler Installation Worker and Maintenance Manager – Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and startup of AIX Boiler systems (steam, hot water, thermal oil boilers).
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for client boilers.
• Train local operators on safe operation, daily checks, and basic maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local regulations, and AIX quality guidelines.
• Manage small installation/maintenance teams, report progress to headquarters, and handle spare parts logistics.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response support as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Operation, Welding, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in boiler installation, commissioning, and maintenance (industrial boilers preferred).
• Proven expertise in electric, oil & gas, or biomass boiler systems, including welding, piping, electrical controls, and safety valves.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (e.g., K3, boiler codes) and international standards (ISO, CE).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good English for communication with China team.
• Physically fit for fieldwork, willing to travel and work on-site for extended periods.
• Leadership experience in managing small teams; certifications in welding (e.g., AWS), safety (OSHA-equivalent), or boiler operation a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills for reporting.
