Sales Manager – Russia

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of AIX Boiler products (electric, oil & gas, biomass/coal boilers, pressure vessels) in the Russian market and neighboring regions.
  • Target key sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, food processing, and district heating.
  • Develop sales strategies, prospect new clients, conduct technical consultations, prepare quotations, and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with distributors, end-users, and partners; provide market insights and competitor analysis to headquarters.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate installation/after-sales with the China team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Energy), Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in industrial boilers, thermal equipment, or energy systems (direct boiler sales experience essential).
  • In-depth understanding of Russian industrial standards, boiler regulations, and market preferences (e.g., gas, biomass, electric applications).
  • Fluent in Russian (native-level) and professional English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese) a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B industrial markets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Russia/CIS and to China for product training.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and technical drawing interpretation.
