Lead sales efforts for AIX Boiler’s full product range (electric, oil & gas, biomass boilers, and pressure vessels) in the Bangladesh market.
Identify and develop new clients in industries like textiles, dyeing/printing, food processing, and pharmaceuticals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, conduct technical presentations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Provide market feedback to headquarters, coordinate with the China-based team for proposals, logistics, and after-sales support.
Manage local marketing activities and participate in industry exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related), Business, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of proven sales experience in industrial boilers, heating systems, or related heavy equipment (boiler sales experience is mandatory).
Strong knowledge of boiler technologies, fuels (biomass, gas, electric), and applications in textile/dyeing industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bengali (local language fluency required).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced market.
Willingness to travel frequently within Bangladesh and occasionally to China for training.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools preferred.
