Sales Manager – Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts for AIX Boiler’s full product range (electric, oil & gas, biomass boilers, and pressure vessels) in the Bangladesh market.
  • Identify and develop new clients in industries like textiles, dyeing/printing, food processing, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, conduct technical presentations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback to headquarters, coordinate with the China-based team for proposals, logistics, and after-sales support.
  • Manage local marketing activities and participate in industry exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related), Business, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in industrial boilers, heating systems, or related heavy equipment (boiler sales experience is mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of boiler technologies, fuels (biomass, gas, electric), and applications in textile/dyeing industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bengali (local language fluency required).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced market.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bangladesh and occasionally to China for training.
  • Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools preferred.
