AIX Boiler delivered a 3 TPH DZH manual chain grate biomass steam boiler to a Lilongwe-based food production plant in Malawi. Designed for maize milling, peanut butter, vegetable oil, and snack manufacturing, the boiler uses local wood chips, maize cobs, peanut shells, and agricultural residues to generate clean, reliable 1.25 MPa saturated steam for cooking, sterilization, drying, and pasteurization. With simple manual feeding, ≥82% efficiency, low-cost operation, and easy maintenance, this project reduces energy expenses, leverages abundant biomass, and supports sustainable food processing in Malawi.
