In 2017, AIX Boiler delivered a 1440 kW electric resistance hot water boiler (95/70°C, 0.7 MPa) to a large poultry and pig farm in Rostov region, Russia. The system provides clean, stable hot water for barn underfloor heating, drinking water preheating, equipment disinfection, and winter temperature control (18–25°C), replacing coal boilers. With 98–99% efficiency, zero emissions, precise ±1°C control, and minimal maintenance, it ensures animal welfare, reduces energy costs, and complies with Russian sanitary standards in harsh winters.
