AIX Boiler successfully supplied a leading Kabul-based textile dyeing and printing factory with a 15 TPH SZL double-drum chain grate coal-fired steam boiler (1.25 MPa) and a 4 million kcal/h coal-fired thermal oil boiler. The SZL provides stable high-volume steam for dyeing vats, scouring, and curing, while the thermal oil system delivers precise 180–220°C heat for stenters and heat-setting machines. Designed for local Afghan coal, the solution ensures high efficiency (≥84%), low emissions, and reliable 24/7 operation in demanding textile processes.
