    AIX Boiler supplied a 5 TPH WNS series oil & gas fired steam boiler (1.25 MPa) to a Gazipur textile weaving and dyeing mill in Bangladesh in 2018. The upgrade from coal to dual-fuel (natural gas primary, diesel backup) delivered ≥92% efficiency, ultra-low NOx emissions (<80 mg/Nm³), stable dry steam for dyeing vats, stenters, mercerizing, and finishing processes, reducing fuel costs ~25% and ensuring compliance with local DoE regulations.
